Fragrance Product Hygiene

Fragrance products are personal-use items. For hygiene and quality reasons, fragrance products must be unopened and unused to be considered for any return or exchange.

Returns Accepted Only For Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Aromavista accepts return or replacement requests only if an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives leaking, cracked, broken, or damaged, contact info@aromavista.us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the outer shipping box.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact info@aromavista.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.

Not Eligible For Return

We do not accept returns for fragrance preference, opened products, used products, or items damaged after delivery.

Approved Resolutions

If approved, Aromavista may replace the item or provide another fair resolution depending on the issue.
